All right so I'm a bit dry on blogging topics at the moment, so I'm going to do a sort of roll call thingey-thing here. And I figure that I'll take this as an opportunity to introduce a new category 'Nonsensical Fluff', which is basically, 'Babbling about nothing'. It's my way of trying to give myself more things to write about than bodily issues, and it'll be done in such a way to encourage interaction with you lot :-D
Pick a TV show. It doesn't have to be your favourite TV show, it can be anything, and pick a line from that TV show that you like. It can be funny, philosophical, emotional, controversial whatever - but it has to be ONE line, not a series of lines between characters.
Then, babble a bit about why you like it.
I'll go first.
Show: Desperate Housewives
Line I like: "You... raped my husband!"
Why I like it: I like how it's such a flip flop of your typical male-dominating-the-female scenario; it's controversial, topical, and a bit You Don't Hear That Every Day. And in context, it's funny!
Come one, and come all! Lurkers and regulars, unite, and speak up!

Oh I love that Desperate Housewives scene - Bree is fantastic (Although - going on a tangent here - Lynette will always be my favourite housewife).
One of my favourite lines was from Buffy (I know lame but I adored that show during my highschool years and embarrassingly, I still do) and I should really look up the exact words before typing it in. Although, it was a long philosophical speech about friendship - a definite non-one liner.

it is just one of the many random funny things I love about that show. The scene is one in which Jim and Darryl are playing ping pong. Kelly is Darryl's girlfriend, and she says this to Pam, who is Jim's girlfriend. Just a funny burn. I enjoy those.

So my one liner, is also a Buffy one, I loved and still dearly love that show - there are SO many one liners in it to pick from, but my all time favourite would be from Evil Willow - "Bored Now".
Okay I know it's only a quick one liner, but I tend to use this every other day, especially when I'm at work. It sums up how I feel about my work life.
"Oy with the Poodles already!"
My fave one-liner from Gilmore GIrls. They both say it, can't remember which one says it first.
I love this show for all the witty banter. It's fantastic.

I was going to do a Buffy quote, because all the other comments here reminded me of the genius of "if the Apocalypse comes, beep me!" However, this may be my best chance of showing off my almost encyclopedic knowledge of Red Dwarf and not getting laughed at, so how about:

Okay, so I will go on with posting my Buffy quote. Early warning, it's not exactly comical like most of the quotes posted - more seriously but I love it nonetheless:

Most of my favourite TV quotes are from the Simpsons.
"Why are the good things so tasty?" Homer laments as he steps on the scale.
I love it because most people would cry: why are the bad/fattening things so delicious! Homer doesn't see the fattening things as bad. Delicious food could never be bad!
Another Simpson's favourite is Ralph saying "tastes like burning" which I love because I have a tendency to add too much pepper to my food.
Arrested Development.
