Before I delve deeper into the details behind the title, just a quick little update on how I'm doing with the whole Weight Loss Thing recently.
Example 1:
When I went to see my grandmother last night after strategically avoiding her in the 6 weeks that my parents have been in India.

Example 2:
I was filling in my daily weight graph at work, Worker Bee saw it.

The focus has very much been on fitness recently, which means weight loss has fallen by the wayside, hence I've gained quite a bit of weight. I'm proud of the fitness changes - I used to hit a maximum runtime of 18 minutes nonstop. I've nearly doubled that, and can run 35 minutes on the treadmill without stopping now. It's a slower pace, so I'm running about 4km, which has been the goal for the triathlon which is... gulp... next weekend.
But now! I have a competition for you all!
I have three copies of Shauna's book 'The Amazing Adventures of Dietgirl' to give away, and I thought, since the scavenger hunt that Shauna ran before was such a hit, why not have a repeat performance?
And since I am super lazy, I'm literally doing a copy-paste-modify job of her competition. (I hope you don't mind, Shauny dearest!)

- Post your photographs into a new entry on your blog. Here's the link for the contest page. If you don't have a blog, you could always post your photos to a free photo service like Flickr, or Photobucket.
- Pimp your entry! Post a comment below with a link to your contest entry, so I can find it and everyone else can have a good lewkie.

The more creative, silly and obscure you are, the better! You don't need to own a camera to participate, and captioning your images in lolcats style is encouraged.

- There will also be 'runners up' prizes - 3 goody packs absent of book to be given away
- There is 1 grand prize, which contains more goodalicious goodies than them all!

CLOSING DATE
The contest closes at 6pm GMT on Friday 29th February (That's 1PM in New York, and 5AM Saturday 1st March in Sydney, 7AM Saturday 1st March in Auckland). Winners will be drawn out the following day, and announced the day after.

There has to be at least 6 entries for this competition to be valid. Otherwise, I get all of the biscuits and chocolates for myself. And I can never have too many Mallowpuffs. Mwahahaha.

Oh my word. The prospect of mallowpuffs makes this contest almost too difficult to resist... and the book would be nice as well ;)
And that's completely awesome about the fitness changes! 35 minutes non-stop running! 4ks! That's crazy awesome. I don't think I've known anyone who could do that.

Hmm, grannies have a habit of saying stuff like that.. just a) ignore it, she is just having a dig that she hasn't seen u in a bit and b( use it to spur on the super 2008 steady weight loss that has got to be on the cards for you hun.
Funky new layout btw. I'm back on the weight loss wagon too :) I've had to give up on my addiction to halva and sesame seed bars.

I did try but had so many crap issues with my hip I gave up.... pain was too much for me.. and now my hip is better I am working full time and cant get out to try.... argghhhhhhh
